Evangelist ODETTE MARTIN   

Odette Martin has been saved for 25 years.  At the young and tender age of 18 years old she moved to New York City where she became involved in drugs and prostitution for 10 years.

Only by the grace of God and a praying mom did she move back home and received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  Little did she know the boldness and tenacity that she used “in street life” would be transformed by God and she would become a powerful and dynamic vessel as she boldly witnesses to many proclaiming the word of God, and how He will set you free.

Odette is one of God’s most dynamic praise and worship leaders.  She uses flags, exhortations and drama as well as songs to lead people into God’s presence.  Odette is the praise and worship leader, overseer of the Arts, Sunday school, and Women’s Ministry, at her home church Trevitt New Life Ministries where she is a part of the Five Fold Gift Ministry Team.
 
She was one of the first black nail technicians in this city beginning in 1984.  Today she is founder and owner of Generations of Design Hair and Nail Salon.

Whatever she sets her heart, mind and hands to do in the name of the Lord, she does it with a zeal that is a joy to behold and a pleasure to God.

Odette is married to Robert Martin. Together they have six children and five grandchildren.

who is the head
--Christ--

V16 - from whom the  
whole body,
joined and knit together
by what every joint
supplies, according to

causes growth of the
body for the edifying
of itself in love.
