Ralph Ridley is a part of the pastoral team of the Trevitt New Life Ministries. His heart has always been one of love and compassion, and willing to aid people in whatever situation they were in and then leading them to the Lord. During the early part of his life, he developed a love relationship with Christ and a true heart of compassion for people. From elementary through high school, he was actively involved in Christian groups and activities both in school and church. He was known for his dedication and love for Jesus Christ, thus winning many souls for Christ, because of his lifestyle. In the early 70's, Ralph felt the call of God to go to the streets from 12 midnight until the wee hours of the morning. A small group of Christian brothers felt led to join Ralph on Main Street as they witnessed to and prayed with the many youth, addicts, pimps and women of the streets who would stop and talk with them or request prayer of them. As a result, Our Father's House Coffee House ministry was birthed and a men's prayer breakfast was established. As a result of this, many were saved or returned to Christ. During the 80's Ralph was co-director along with his wife Susan, as they founded and operated a Christian residential home for women who had fallen through the cracks of life and needed a helping hand. The ministry was the RAAH Outreach Ministries which was known in Columbus through prayer breakfasts, Evening with Friends and other events. During this time also, Ralph started or became involved with numerous outreach ministries in this city. Ralph is a graduate of East High School and Columbus State Community College, with an Associate Degree in Social Services Technology. He also attended The Ohio State University and Aenon Bible College. In the spring of 2004, Pastor Ralph retired from the Ohio DR & C as a Correctional Program Specialist at Pickaway Correctional Institution after 23 years of service. Ralph has been married for 38 years to Susan, and they have 5 children, 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He might fill all things.
V11 - And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, V12 - for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, V13 - till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; V14 - that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, V15 - but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head --Christ-- V16 - from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
